Site visit for project development

Today, the founders along with some special guests are on-site during the pre-construction phase. The goal of this visit is site surveying and boundary marking. This is an important step in ensuring that the project meets the design specifications and complies with the local regulations. The visitors are greeted by the project manager and the site engineer, who explain the layout of the site and the progress of the work. They also answer any questions that the visitors may have about the project.

The visitors then walk around the site, observing the different features and activities. They also notice how the site is surrounded by natural beauty, such as trees, hills, and a stream which acts as MKS’s main attraction point. They admire the scenic views and imagine how relaxing it would be to live in such a place. They also learn about the various amenities that MKS will offer to its residents, such as a sports area, over 2000 meters of bike path, a camping ground, and a playground for children.

The visit ends with a packed lunch under the shade of the existing nature, where the visitors share their impressions and feedback with the project team. They express their satisfaction and excitement about the project, and thank the team for their hard work and dedication. They also discuss some of the next steps and challenges that lie ahead, such as obtaining permits, securing materials, and hiring contractors. They also appreciate the security and privacy that MKS will provide to its residents, such as controlled entrances for pedestrians and vehicles, a closed perimeter of walls and fences, a security guard on duty 24/7, and a surveillance system. They also look forward to joining the MKS community, which will foster a sense of belonging and friendship among residents through regular social events and activities . They look forward to seeing the final result of their gated-community being built.
