Site preparation or Site Leveling is the first process in the construction phase. It is just as the name suggests, to prepare the site for the entire construction project. MKS has finished evaluation, surveying, and testing the ground earlier this year. Since the site is 46 hectares in area size, it will take quite a while to remove any unwanted materials like bushes, weeds, unwanted plants as well as filling in sunken areas and prevent future land depressions. Soon, we will begin grading and compaction of the sites in order to ensure that the foundation of each specific section is fit for what we will construct; flat road and structurally sound buildings.
